Randolph'S
Panic Switch
Time is never worth my time...
NAME:
→ Blood Frenzy: Primavera
TYPE:
→ Bio Modification
TIER:
→ Tier 1
METHOD:
→ When Randolph is in the presence of copious amounts of blood, this triggers the uprising of instincts lost to his typical mindset.
VISUAL:
→ N/A
BRIEFING:
→ The smell of blood causes Randolph to become feral due to him being part shark. He's more aggressive in this state and has no consideration for who exactly is ally or foe. However, with loss of his primary intelligence comes something which he could never make use of otherwise. When in this form he appears to "grow" freckles. These are, in fact, expanded pores upon his face, each with an active set of electroreceptors. These allow him to sense anything moving within 20 feet of himself. If a target is within 8 feet of him, Randolph will be able to literally feel the electromagnetic waves from their heartbeat. Nothing and no one within his field of "vision" should be considered safe from attack.

Gear
The white noise can't leave the scene behind...
NAME: Tooth
TYPE: Gun
BRIEFING: A Jericho 941 given to him by Victor Dresden as a symbol of their partnership. This gun is unique in the fact that it has a combined safety and decocker mechanism, meaning once it's been cocked it can quickly be stored with no problems or hazards by simply flipping on the safety. Fitted with .45 ACP round cartridges, this gun is capable of bringing immense pain to those shot with it due to the bullets' "expansion" and pronged, jagged edges once fired. While old, Randolph has taken a surprising amount of care of this gun, keeping it on him at all times (concealed).
NAME: Tide and Moon
TYPE: Fiber Wire
BRIEFING: What first appears to be two glowsticks, the sort which would be seen at raves and black light parties, the inside of them actually contain no chemicals of any sort. Curled within are lengths of carbon polymer wire with magnetic clips at the end, which slightly protrude from the ends of the sticks. When snapped together and pulled apart, the wiring comes out, becoming one of Randolph's stealthiest and deadliest close range weapons. By pushing the sticks, which have become the handles, together, the wire is reeled back into them, and the magnets unsnap. Fun Fact: He does more partying with these than killing.
