BRIEFING:
→ He had inherited gloves from his Father Alex Corde prior to Alex's death and his adoption by Jay. He copied down the transmutation circle and took a project after finishing his studies in alchemy and immediately went to redo the whole design finding the gloves too easy to damage and requiring spares. Thus he redesigned them into two rings and merged those with protective gauntlets. The ring itself is a two steel rings the thicker of which has a thin flint ring inside visible enough only for the top rotating piece to scrape against it and cause a spark. That is how the basic principle of lighting the oxygen that is concentrated into ts pathways. The oxygen is concentrated to such a degree that it is volatile and becomes highly flammable. Thus it is a the directing force. At this level it just creates flames. He uses his pay to fund his research to make this a more versatile alchemy. his control is within 20 m in one direction but changing directon within it is 10 away from him.
